檢查零位調(diào)節(jié)
用零位設(shè)置工具向內(nèi)壓缸徑表頂針，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)表盤當(dāng)大指針指向到零位時(shí)缸徑
表零位設(shè)置正確完成。
檢查高度調(diào)節(jié)
測(cè)量點(diǎn)的正確位置大約在活塞環(huán)邊緣下5mm 處。該高度可以通過旋轉(zhuǎn)螺絲眼上的螺母調(diào)節(jié).
測(cè)量氣缸套
清潔缸套和掃氣口
放置測(cè)量缸套之工具，根據(jù)測(cè)量工具指示點(diǎn)測(cè)量缸套
在缸徑表與缸套處于垂直方向時(shí)讀取前點(diǎn)和后點(diǎn)的測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)

Check of zero adjustment:
Press the tip of the dial gauge inwards by means of the zero setting tool the dial gauge is correctly.Zeroset when both the large hand points to the zero mark.
Check of height adjustment:
The correct position for the most top measuring point is approx 5mm below
upper edge of themost top poston ring the height may be adjusted by turning
fhe nuts on the eye of screw.
MEASURING OF CYLINDER LINER
Clean the cylinder liner and scavenging air ports
Position the measuring tool for measuring cylinderliner.Measure the cylinder liner according tothe points indicated on the measuring tool.
Take measurements in fore-and-aft and athwartship directions(see data).
